By registering or transferring a domain through NameMarshal you agree to these terms and to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN.

Registrations

Domain registrations are subject to availability and registry acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant details and for meeting any namespace eligibility rules, including Australian presence requirements for .au names.

Pricing and renewal

The registration price equals the renewal price for the terms shown at purchase. Prices may change for future terms with notice.

Transfers

Inbound and outbound transfers follow registry and ICANN transfer policies. We do not charge exit fees.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity. We may suspend services that violate registry policy or law.
