No. A US LLC can be owned by someone living anywhere, and the EIN can be issued without an SSN or ITIN. The EIN usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for non-US founders.
Nothing is required to talk. If you decide to form a company, you will need a passport or national ID and your home address, so it helps to have them nearby.
Nobody can honestly guarantee that. Banks make their own decisions. A properly formed LLC with an EIN gives you the documents they ask for.
