Refund Policy

Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry, because the registry fee is charged immediately and cannot be reversed.

What can be refunded

• Charges made in error where registration did not complete.
• Prepaid add-on services cancelled before activation, on a pro-rata basis where possible.
