A real server, without the surprises.

Dedicated resources and root access on every plan. The flat renewal pricing you already know from our domains and hosting.

Root access

Full root, your rules

Install any stack, run any service, tune the box exactly how you want. It is your server.

Storage

NVMe and SSD

KVM plans run on fast NVMe. OpenVZ plans use SSD. No spinning disks, no noisy neighbours on your resources.

Dedicated

Guaranteed CPU and RAM

Your vCPU cores and memory are yours. Isolated resources, not a shared pool you fight over.

Bandwidth

Generous transfer

From 2 TB up to 8 TB of bandwidth depending on plan, enough for real production traffic.

Any OS

Linux, or Windows on KVM

Run your choice of Linux distro. Need Windows Server? Choose a KVM plan and talk to support about a license.

Pick your virtualization

OpenVZ or KVM?

Two kinds of VPS. The short version: OpenVZ is the cheaper Linux container, KVM is the full virtual machine that runs anything, including Windows and Docker.

Lighter and cheaper

OpenVZ VPS

Container-based virtualization. Quick to deploy and easy on the budget, ideal for standard Linux websites and services.

  • Best for Linux web apps and simple services
  • Lower cost per gigabyte of RAM
  • Full root access
  • Not suited to Windows, custom kernels or heavy Docker use
See OpenVZ plans
Full control

KVM VPS

Full hardware virtualization. Run any operating system, custom kernels, Docker and containers, with hardware-level isolation.

  • Run any Linux distro, or Windows Server
  • Docker, custom kernels and full OS control
  • Fast NVMe storage
  • The right choice for AI tools and container stacks

Windows VPS

Need a Windows VPS?

Running Windows Server needs full hardware virtualization. Here is the honest version of how that works with us.

Windows runs on KVM, not OpenVZ

Windows Server requires the full hardware virtualization that our KVM VPS provides. OpenVZ is a container platform and cannot run Windows. So for a Windows VPS, start with any KVM plan. Windows Server licensing is a separate paid add-on, so talk to our support team to confirm and set it up for your account before you deploy. We would rather point you to the right plan than pretend a container VPS can run Windows.

VPS vs shared hosting

Do you actually need a VPS?

If shared hosting still fits, stay on it. Move to a VPS when you need root access, dedicated resources, or to run your own software.

Common questions

VPS hosting, answered plainly.

What is a VPS and is it right for me?
A VPS is a virtual private server: your own isolated slice of a server with dedicated CPU, RAM and storage, plus full root access. It sits between shared hosting and a dedicated server. Choose a VPS when you have outgrown shared hosting, need to install your own software, or want root control.
Should I choose OpenVZ or KVM?
OpenVZ is a lightweight container VPS. It is cheaper and quick to deploy, and it is great for standard Linux web apps. KVM is full hardware virtualization, so it can run any operating system including Windows, custom kernels and Docker. Choose KVM if you need Docker, Windows, or full OS control. Choose OpenVZ for cheaper, simpler Linux workloads.
Can I run Windows on your VPS?
Windows Server needs full hardware virtualization, which our KVM VPS provides. OpenVZ, being a container platform, cannot run Windows. If you need a Windows VPS, choose a KVM plan and talk to our support team to confirm and set up Windows Server licensing for your account. We will not claim a container VPS can run Windows when it cannot.
How cheap is your cheapest VPS?
Our cheapest VPS is the OpenVZ 4 GB plan at $18.99/mo with 4 vCPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 80 GB SSD and 2 TB of bandwidth. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Every VPS plan, OpenVZ and KVM, comes with full root access so you can install and configure whatever you need.
Can I move up from shared hosting?
Yes. If you have outgrown shared hosting, you can move up to a VPS without switching providers. Talk to support and we will help you size the right plan and move your site over.
